3rd Gen Hybrid Rear Bumper Q's

Through much back and forth, I might be going this route in the near future. I have a few questions though before I ultimately make my decision. I have been discussing with a member here how the swing arm sags under load. Seeing how I would be loading it with a 35" tire, hi-lift and maybe a gas can, I have an issue with that. Why does it sag? Is it the tab that's holding the spindle, or is it the spindle itself? I know this is a full size swing out b/c of location for locking screw, but is it possible to build a 3/4 swing for the Hybrid? If the tab holding the spindle is at fault, is it possible to incorporate a more heavy duty tab than what is currently on there? If the spindle is causing sag under load would it be wise to upgrade spindles or is this your general spindle you use for all your bumpers? I'm not trying to degrade your product or deter others away, I've wanted a rear bumper from you guys for a while. For me, I'm not ok with the amount of sag the swing has when I'm spending a good chunk of change on a heavy duty product. With this in mind, if it is just something that is normal, I'll be looking at other options. Maybe a plate bumper instead.
