Given the requirement to take the photos POST issuance of challenge, the irregularity of such an event occurring, and the further unlikelihood of it being caught on camera, I suggest your posting (though both taken prior to issuance of said challenge AND being your own photo) either count or an alternate challenge be issued.
Additionally for the two or three immediately preceding your post, and this may not be the case though I don't see a lot of people doing heavy wheeling on a Wednesday afternoon, I feel it necessary to point out that the photo must be taken subsequent to the issuance of the challenge.
PS. Sorry for the language, I've been reading legal documents all week and it's getting to me...

I agree with spectre6000. Let's get this game rolling. Continue with current challenge and from here on out (and I hope it's been this way up to this point) make sure we only use pictures taken after the challenge is issued. I could go through my computer and find pictures for every one of the challenges posted to this point (except the creepy clown one) but where the fun in that! Also your runner must be in the pic. And it must be real.

The second part of the stated contention was that the likelihood of such an event happening AND catching it on film will more or less kill the game. It could be months before such a photo surfaces. I say, since the water photos were likely (pending statement to the contrary) taken prior to the issuance of the challenge, we're back to the water challenge. Fair?

Was the photo taken AFTER the challenge was issued?
If so, the challenge has been struck regardless for the aforementioned concerns and it's suggested a new challenge be issued and a new rule should be made to reflect this for future challenges.
