So I listed these once and then backed out because I decided to keep them. Well then I found out I need a new engine for my 4runner. So it's sell the bumpers to pay for an engine or sell the 4runner... The 4runner won so the bumpers are for sale again!
Front Bumper
The front bumper is made from 1/8" plate and 0.120 wall 1 1/2" tubing. It is light weight as far as front bumpers are concerned (I will post the weight by Sunday). It is bolt on but does require a small amount of modification to be installed. It is similar to what is done when you do the ARB bumper mod. You have to cut the front plate off, cap the hole and then drill two holes on each side for the bolts. There is mounting for three 7" lights. I ran the generic red ring HIDs and the light was great. Also included is an aluminum skid plate for the front of the bumper and a belly skid that goes from the front bumper to back behind the steering rack. The skid is made from 1/8" plate and is ribbed for strength. Also included are the 2 6 LED pods that I ran as ditch lights. There is NOT a mount for w winch though I am sure you could pay someone to add a mount without much hassle. Price below.

Shipping will be freight. I am taking the bumpers off this weekend and will get actual weight and measurements for quotes. I can say from messing with the calculator on the Old Dominion freight web site that it should be between $150 to $200 each bumper. I will make the deal that if freight is over $200 I will pay the difference (lower 48 states). So no more than $200 for you.
