I've seen this before. It is very impressive indeed for being home-built. I am pretty sure he modified a Pajero body to look like a 4Runner. I wish there were more 3rd Gen models but it seems that most 4Runner models are 2nd Gens.

ARGGGGGG I am jealous. I build r/c crawlers and other r/c vehicles. I haven't been able to find any decent 4Runner bodies anywhere. I have a couple of Land Cruiser bodies instead. I think I emailed this guy one time and found out he actually made the body. WOW. Looks rad either way!
