Car Care Nut tears down entire dash for 5th Gen 4runner (2021), to troubleshoot a problem which turned out to be huge nightmare for the mechanic. Expansion valve was freezing and he ended up having to do this entire job twice. :wacko:
Customer described problem:
AC problem, which only happens after driving vehicle for 3 hours continuous.
Fix:
Pull the dash and replace evaporator and expansion valve (twice!)
