Yes the upper x-member is still stock and I didn't change it for the sole purpose to see if the upper mounts could take the stress. My goal was to give a narrow wishbone a shot on this truck changing as little as possible to give myself and others what can be done without as much work and cost yet not forgeting about safety. FYI the whole set up only took part of a day and cost me less than 400 with 2" .250 wall dom lca 36" arms.
BTW I am not the most comp saavy...but does anybody else have probs getting picts to upload directly from their comp. They have failed everytime for me. Do I have to use photobucket, imageshack or some other photo share site?

Idk i guess it could be stable with bushings instead of heims because the y links bind up a little as they move. Hmmnn I just have never seen it done.

and use photobucket, then copy the img code for the pics you want

I would recommend trying out Google Picasa's free web picture hosting; it is also known as Google Photo. Up to 1GB for free, any file size you choose. You can have multiple albums with differing permissions.

I use imageshack.us for posting pics to the forums because it is very *simple* and reliable.

I am NOT using photobucket because I have seen many forum threads with a message "this photobucket picture has expired/removed". It is pretty popular but IMO there are better free services out there.

Thats not what i was expecting to see on those pictures that link setup in the rear looks pretty crazy but really good. I havent seen anything like that, but i understand why that doesnt need a track bar. I was thinking you had a radius arm suspension in the back.

You giving me ideas... I am dying to hack those stupid lower link mounts off and long arm it. Your upper link idea looks great

When I get chance I try those site because photobucket wasn't working too well and I didn't get what I was hoping for.
I'm glad I got you thinking. In MN we have long winters which can result in the mind running wild with ideas while waiting for the snows to receed. My truck is the result of one of those winter ideas.
