Also realized if I jam the clutch as far into the mat as possible it’ll start. Will swapping in a new clutch switch solve the need to jam the pedal?

The switch is adjustable.

Alternately, a short piece of wire inserted in the plug btw the female wire end plug and the spades of the switch bypasses the switch and is a 100% reversible modification. I have done this to several of our manual transmission cars with no ill effect. Be sure you identify the clutch start switch versus the cruise control cancel switch. There should be two plunger switches on the clutch pedal lever.

It's too bad we can't change the title to add (Resolved) to it. Glad it go figured out. Good call on those who said it might be the clutch switch.
