Just picked up an 06 SR5 with 3rd row. The seats do me no good, and I can't seem to find a decent cargo area cover (full sides) or rear seat covers for this particular configuration. Has anyone converted from the flip forward seats and eliminated the 3rd row brackets in the floors and fender area to the two row model? Any write-ups or part lists?

me too am in the same boat...i hv 3rd row...so which one did u finally buy?
I am in Fort Worth and I have a 4th gen that could use the third row... I know there is some fab work to be done to make it work, but I would be interested in swapping you one weekend.

I seem to recall seeing a parts list about it on the site somewhere but I did a few searches to no avail.
I do know that you would need:
1. Non 3rd row cargo area trim pieces
2. Non 3rd 2nd row seats
3. Mounting tabs for the 2nd row seat back, both bottom and top.
The seat mounts for the standard 2nd row bottom cushions look the same (just different brackets). I'd also imagine the bolt holes/attachment locations for the normal 2nd row exist on your truck as well - would just need the mounting brackets/hardware. Of course don't hold me to that!
Easiest thing to do might be to find a non 3rd row and compare side by side.
