3rd row question - electrical device

What is this in center of floor. Should I leave it alone? Took my seats out yesterday.

No idea, but for anyone who knows, what is the gray box with a fan on right rear wheelwell????

I think it's the amp or power supply for amp.

I've read in another third row seat removal thread that it's a rollover sensor, but I think it's actually antenna for keyless entry. Do you have the keyless entry/start?

I pulled the third row from my 2011 Limited and have the same thing. I believe it's marked as "INDOOR NO. 2 ELECTRICAL KEY ANTENNA ASSEMBLY" in the repair manual.

Grey box with the fan is the inverter for power outlet

Yes, I have keyless entry/start. and also an '11 LE

I notice now it's in a little bracket so I guess I will just leave it alone.
