3rd row seats removal question

I'm in the market for a 4th gen 4runner or a 2nd gen Highlander and I need 3rd row seating. However, I won't need it all the time so I'm trying to find out how easy is it to remove and install the 3rd row seats from the 4runner.
I love 4runners, but so far the Highlander is edging ahead in my comparisons, but if the 4runner 3rd row is swapped in and out easily then that may level the field.
So, is it easy or a pain the backside?

No, it's not hard to remove them at all. Just flip them forward and either fold them against the sides of the cargo area, or pop them out and store them.

So what's happening here? Why is the left seat sitting on a funny angle?

I want to check out this vehicle that's for sale on the weekend, but this internet picture is bothering me. I'm wondering if something is broken or if it's just not fully in position or something??

They didn't take the two extra seconds to unfold the latch to the floor. The seats don't just fold down there is a mechanical connection to the floor as well.
