3rd Wheel for a Utility Trailer

While I am doing the research myself, I am hoping I get input from my fellow 4 Runner owners. Due to so many reasons, I want to add a 3rd wheel to my utility trailer. Now during the time I owned a motorcycle, I noticed in the shop that there was such a thing: it bolts to the bar that connects to the hitch, and folds up and down. This is basically what I want; however I would like not to end up with a lame model.

Other things to consider are the purpose of this: I am not one that is great in maneuvering in reverse with the trailer attached. Sometime I hit my mark on the first try, and other times I am pulling the hairs out of my head. So in tight situations where I am most desperate I want to be able to fold down the wheel, unhitch, and push it in the direction I want it to be. Also, some of the areas I may be in may not be that smooth, so I do not want a lame small wheel.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated: please supply URLs if any.

Called a "Trailer Jack"

I did the exact same thing to my trailer. Seems like I found it at a local hardware store, perhaps even Walmart. It just bolted on to the side of the front of the trailer with some U-bolts and the arm folded up and down and was also adjustable vertically. It wasn't very expensive either, but I did this about 10 years ago.

This is what I think you are talking about:
