3VZ-E intake manifold

Hey guys, I'm in the process of replacing the pesky knock sensor and the lower manifold is stuck on the block real good. Any suggestions on how to break the seal without damaging anything? :ybrick:

Also, do I need to remove the fuel rails or can I just leave that on?
