3VZE to 22RE 2nd Gen swap.

My 3VZE just took a major dump and I either need to trash my 95' or get it a new engine. How hard would it be to swap in a 22RE instead of the 3VZE? Would it bolt to the v6 tranny by any chance? What if I had a donor car? I'm just bouncing ideas around so any input is appreciated.

And yes, I used the forums search function and surprisingly didn't find anything of too much use. Maybe I suck at choosing key words.

Not only won't the trans swap, the cooling and exhaust would need to be changed, as well as the motor mounts.
It's a lot of work, including swapping a large part of the wiring harness to swap all the EFI and other electronics.
