3vze to 5vze... extra parts?

There is a LOT of information on swapping a 3.0 for a 3.4, but some people are saying you can just drop the 3.4 in. How true is this? I've got a 95 with the 3.0 3vze, and besides buying a 5vze engine, obviously, what other parts would I have to buy to make the sucker fit? Some people have a parade of things they had to swap out and some didn't change much. Is that just based off of the year of engine?

It is not a drop in swap by any means. The easy part is that the bell housings are the same, so you use your current trans.
You will need the complete wiring harness and ECMs, and many other things.
