I have ran into a problem.I am putting a 98 4.3 into my 95t4r. My problem is that I am wanting to stay IFS for the time being. My problem is that the motor that I am using has the alum.oilpan and there is no aftermarket oilpans outthere to help do the conversion.Has onyone done this and what all did you have to do to get clearance between the oilpan and the front diff. Thanks in advance.

Search the web and you should find plenty of info on the Toyota 4.3 conversion.
It's been done plenty.

Adv Adptrs used to make a kit, and I thought a new oil pan, but it looks like that don't any more. In fact they have a note not to use the block with the alum oil pan if your conversion requires oil pan mods. ??

Buy a suspension lift to clear the pan. You can find them cheap.

guess thats what im going to have to do.Was told it had to be at lease a 4"lift inorder to run the 98 model 4.3 due to the oil pan. What lift would give the best ride this thing is going to be used on and offroad.

Any of the bracket lifts will give you the same amount of lift. They are all the same with a few differences between them. Superlift and I think Pro Comp give you the rear brackets to raise your upper control arms and lower the lower control arms. The fronts are the same in every kit though.
