If you want that kind of height (are you 4wd? Not really recommended on 4wd, but do what you want) ditch the tundra coils and get coil overs, I am 90% sure no one with tundra coils on the front gets that kind of height. Maybe the eibach coils that Toytec sells will get you that height? I'm not sure. People use bilstein 5100s with tundra coils or the eibach coils. The shocks have 3 perches (taco bilsteins, tundra bilsteins have 5), and you would need to be on the highest perch to get anywhere near that height.
No one really runs that height because you will be out of droop up front, and the CVs will not be happy at that angle. You could run 3 or 3.5" of lift up front and have some rake without destroying the front end….

I hear stock LC shocks are amazing and cheap. go to your local stealership and say you have a 1996 land cruiser and want stock shocks. Heard they are like 40$ each compared to 200$ total for other shocks. When mine are bad i'm replacing them with LC's.

Also, I'm getting ~3" of lift with the Eibachs on the first setting, you could easily get over 5" of lift by increasing the setting since the highest one is like 2" above the lowest and that's not even accounting for the fact the tire moves more than the coilover when you change the perch setting; so 4.5" is definitely possible though not advisable if it's all via a suspension lift...

My truck is on the third perch with the TRD tundra coils, which is about as far as you can go and still be able to align the truck and not bind up your CV's. Front lift is about 3 inches. That is the farthest you can go for a suspension lift using stock control arms. At least if you care about being able to get the alignment even close to correct and you don't want to change CV's every 6 months, lol.
As for the rear, I have used the fzj80 shocks and they work well but are pretty stiff, IMO, unless you're carrying extra weight in the rear.

I have land cruiser coils and tundra coils.
You will only get 2.5" front and 3.5" rear lift out of that setup.
I like my setup though.

Unless you're doing a long-arm suspension setup or a front bracket lift (both are $$$), 4.5" front suspension lift is not possible. 3" is really all you can do.
If you want 4-ish inches of lift in the rear, 80-series springs will do the trick. Throw a small spacer in there if you want more. But like I said, 3" is the most you can get out of the front, so unless you're carrying a lot of weight in the back or you really like the stinkbug look, I don't see why you'd want to lift it any further.
