4.7L V8 Tacoma???

hey so ive been hearing a lot of talk about this. and im very intreasted. is it possible to drop in a 06'- 09' 4runners V8 engine into a 05'-09 Tacoma 4x4?? if so what do you need to do to do it sucessfully and keep the 4x4. is it worth it in thorey to do? like will it be a bad @ss thing to rip you new ones, or would you be better off just putting a super charger, or turbo on it?

any info on this swap, or modification is greatly appreciated. if you have first hand experience then write, if you know some one ask for me then write. thanks.

For what's it's worth I looked into the v8 swap for my 4runner. Most of the guys on here said just to put a TRD s/c on it. After educating myself more on the topic I came to realize they were right. A s/c basically just bolts on. A v8 swap can get very time consuming and frustrating.

Oh hell yeah. I want a TRD Supercharger Tundra V8 to shut up all the Hemi Wranglers out here.
