4 inch lift

I have a 1990 t4r with a v6 i put a 4" suspension lift on it and now i am getting a popping sound that happens when i am in 4 wheel drive and getting on it a little bit. The sound seems to be coming from the transfer case area. has anyone else had this problem or have any suggestions on what it might be

i put a lift master lift kit on it. i paid $250 used for it. i found out that the drop brackets for the front axles were put on the wrong way and also the bushings for the axle mounts are wore out. any ideas if i can get the front bushings aftermarket or do i have to go to the dealership
