Just got notified by my insurance company that my insurance went down a little because my 4 Runner is in the same class as a truck. Anyone know what parts of a 4 Runner has in common with a truck? Maybe they use one of the Toyota trucks frame? Thanks
As much as I know the early Runners were basically modified trucks, and the newer ones are more complicated than that, but still essentially trucks with their RWD, solid rear axle, and body-on-frame design.
