How does the 4-runner compare in this dept with other SUVs?

It's above average. RTI is a common measure to describe front and rear suspension flex. The higher the more flex. These numbers are approximate. 4runner RTI is about 420. FJ Cruiser is about 490. GX470 with KDSS is about 520. Toyota Land Cruiser is about 540. Land Rover Discovery SII (NOT LR3) is about 700 range. 2007 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon SWB with optional front disconnects is about 822. Xterra is about 330. Trucks generally have less than 400, with the exception of the Dodge PowerWagon.
