Anyone dealt with these folks?
I ordered a few parts from them.
No e-mail contact to give me an E.T.A.
No help on the phone, etc.
I'm seriously thinking of cancelling my order.
UPDATE: I called again and spoke with the contact Person (Dan). parts are on the way. "I was gonna call you".
Update2: 1 week from time ordered and still no parts. I do understand they're on the left coast. Would like a little more communication though.
