4R Dirty Throttle Body

Toyota Service Dept told me that my 03 4R with 120k miles needs a " $180.00 3 part fuel service" on my Throttle Body. Is this a DIY procedure or is it best to take it to a trusted mechanic. I was also told to clean my MAF sensor and hope to do the cleaning with a 4R Forum listed procedure. Any thoughts on the Throttle Body.

Any reputable tutorial will provide sufficient information for you necessary to clean the TB and the MAF. Appropriate cleaners are necessary.
