Could someone post a picture of the inspection light and plug? I took a flashlight to my dash and could not find the plug outlet. I do have an inside gas door release on my '89. I swear I don't think my '88 had a gas door release.

RecDiver, why are you thinking of painting a different year white? My '89 is white but it looks yellowy next to my Taffeta White Honda Odyssey. I'll probably get it repainted in the spring. Most of me really wants it to be Medium Blue Metallic but I guess I'll stick with white.

Nervo - Yeah it looks yellowy as you put it. Seen at least 2 that were whiter re-paints. But, then again we have green & yellow among others seen in threads that look quite good! I was too lazy & $$$aved by keeping OEM look!:lmao:

I was kidding. People get crazy money for them in that kind of shape. I do not believe in spending a nice chunk of change on an older Toyota 4Runner while I can get a 3rd gen for roughly the same price, no offense that is just how I see it. If you do sell it you will probably get what you are asking if not more, seriously.
