cut and hacked ... and now rusting again ...

time for something that wont rust ... fiberglass .

started by removing the rear gate , lights and all the hardware .

now time to start cutting .

hacked out the center section .... so i could get a better look .

time to start prepping the surface for the new http://www.toyotafiberglass.com 1/4 panels . cleaning the metal surface for the new panels ...

all the edges still haver to be seam sealed .... just like factory .

I'll get some others after its painted ...



oh Also you notice he has a door edge moulding .... gap is just a little larger with out the moulding
