4Runner - 1.....Saturn Vue - 0

Got rear ended at a red light today during my morning commute. Light was red, went green, jackass in front of me didn't go, jackass behind me did. My 4Runner suffered a dented plasted hitch cover. Her Saturn suffered a dented front license plate, and I am sure a dented front bumper. I also saw that her hood wasn't closed tightly, so there may be some deeper front end, or even frame damage.

Why did she hit me? She said that her son in the backseat distracted her. Guess she saw the light go green and thought that I had moved.

Like using cell phones or drinking coffee, backseat kids should be banned from automobiles, LOL. It all goes back to attentive driving. Good to hear your 4Runner wasn't damaged. Sucks for her.
