Unfortunately, one must factor the cost of living into any "Value" judgement. What is the median income? Will it park next to your yacht? Although Puerto Rico is a US Territory, you are making a local purchase that, can only be compared to other island cost / value judgements.
It does appear to be in perfectas condiciones but there is a very limited information; mileage? Most all web sites show all four sides / corners and a few interior shots. (OK' seriously, it's nonexistent). How much mileage should a vehicle rack up on an island? Rust?
Just not enough information to make an educated judgement. But here in Texas in very good condition with decent mileage, then I'd say it's probably a very good price maybe too good to be true. But the lack of information would lead to the same conclusion.
