Ill get some up when i get back from snowboarding tomorrow its all white, well now more brown than white haha but she handles real good in the mud I like the 5 speed i just learned how to drive one today lol

As for how hard you can beat on your 4Runner is all up to how much $ you wanna throw at it. Here's how I treat mine, keep in mind she is my trail slut AND my DD. JonathanKucyj - YouTube
First thing on your list should be a major tune-up, changing ALL fluids, plugs, wires, check brakes, bearings, ball joints, U-joints........ fresh start. Suck to be out on the trail with new lift and tires and break down because of neglect of routine maintenance:bash: boring but necessary
Most important of all, love your T4R and she'll love you back, have fun
