The ONLY complaint we have about this truck is the lack of a grab handle on the drivers side A-pillar. She's only 5' tall yet she wants me to level the front end so I DEFINITELY have to add steps to the truck and she wants the 4" oval tubes that give good door ding protection.

Nice catch. Look into these. My 5' 6" wife loved them on ours, but I had to swap to sliders because of the way I wheel. They look good on the truck, blend well with the body, and the step stirrups are very conveniently placed. Not quite as much ding protection as the BIG tube, but they really look good without shouting STEP. They can be had from most retailers for under $350.

Congrats to you also. I thought of trading in my truck a few times but I NEED the bed space/capabilities. If not I'd definitely go for the 4Runner. But, I can always drive my wifes 4Runner

Wish I could have kept both. I got rid of my Tacoma for my runner. I really liked that truck but needed more lockable space.
