4Runner Leaf Springs vs Tacoma

All the websites show different part numbers between 4Runner/pickup and Tacoma leaf springs, but what exactly is different? Are they more or less swappable? Or completely different (length across, etc)?

The part numbers are different because the parts are different. Taco springs are longer, to begin with.
