4runner on Craigslist

Hi,
I'm new to this. I have wanted a 4runner for a long time.
I saw this 2 ads on Craigslist, and I wonder what I need to be aware of when buying from independent dealers.

It says by owner but I called and they are from the same dealer.

Any suggestions or thoughts?

Both are Two Wheel Drive. 1st one is super plain Jane. The second one has a lot more bells and whistles. Both seem reasonably priced if they're clean though.

on the 3rd gen home page look four threads down at the "buyers guide". The limited looks nice, but the pictures show nothing of the mechanical condition
