Ok,back to the factory "rice" plate;you can get the Tacoma version here for $100+shipping

With the Tacoma version it will fit pre '99 bumpers with no modifications but with the later "fatlip" bumpers you will need to fab up two brackets to move the plate 3" or so forward to fit the bumper.
Here's a pic of my $10 brackets plus you'll need two more pair of bolts/nuts;a firend did mine and welded the locknuts onto the top of the brackets.

I think the cartoon is a bit funny but my nephew is the one who is a big fan and he loves buying his uncle SB air fresheners.
