I Spotted a Silver 4Runner SR5 w. 18" Limited Rims, Shaved emblems, and Hood Scoop. I saw this vehicle on 2/11 around 5:30pm in the parking lot of Target in Edgewater, NJ. I would like to ask you some questions on your vehicle.

I'm not the owner, but if it was a 4th gen then it could have been the Urban Runner package. Those have the 18" rims off the limited and the rest is sport edition more or less.

no it was an SR5, i'm positive. I reason I'm looking is cause I wanted to find out where he or she got those accessories on their 4runner.

You're positive, eh? One problem, SR5's don't have hood scoops.

You can look for some accessories and Toyota truck performance parts everywhere or just google the part you're looking for and maybe they can give you the store you're looking for.

so then it isnt you - why would you think it is?

Rather that 20 questions, why don't you describe the accessories you saw, or thought you saw and the guys can give you more information.

cause i have never seen a silver sr5 in my area with limited wheels and i live in that area, i always look to. and i mistaken

I don't see many SR5's in this area with Limited Rims. It did have a hood scoop and an aftermarket spoiler. I want to find out where he or she got those rims at and if they have any connections on getting them for a cheap price.

If it has 18" rims, a hood scoop, and no emblems, what makes you think it's an SR5?

Exactly the reason I still believe the vehicle was an Urban Runner.

If there were no badges, I agree with this. Unless he has extensive knowledge about 4runners (which it doesn't seem) and got under the truck to search for things such as the lack of Xreas, there is no other way he could know.

That or the lack of tubular side steps and roof rack + a chrome grill.

well. I figure it is an SR5 because the side step did not have a light as the Limited does. The interior seating has the cloth type like my SR5. The owner did remove all the badges and added the aftermarket wing, which I could tell cause I still see the original 3rd light on the trunk door. The hood scoop was a nice touch. As for the side mirrors, he or she did get them painted to match the body color. Plain and simple, the truck was nice and I want mine like that.

Well the Sport Edition has the chrome grill, but this vehicle had the chrome door handles and chrome rear truck finish. So it couldn't have been a SE.
