4runner sr5 thread

Just look at some of our build threads and you'll see that it's not a bad base to start with. At this point I'm glad I didn't get any of the "extras" found on some of the other trims as some pieces would have been taken off anyway. I've been able to make mine into my own "Pro" and it will definitely kick any higher trims asses. Although all trims are definitely capable, my SR5 has become a beast.

Occasionally I wish I had started with cheaper model given the mods, I mean it wasn't a big deal to swap to trail rockers but time is pretty valuable to me and I could have spent less to get a trail over a LE!

But on the other hand I like having the center diff. for snow and back in 2011, you couldn't get leather heated seats in a trail. Plus I had no idea what a bad influence this site would be on my wallet at the time...

Oh well it's only money.

jrandom this thread has potential to be the greatest thread eva!!! we probably should put some SR5 content in it before it gets shutdown.... just a matter of time before a TRD PRO owner reports us

if you open the left side cargo compartment in an SR5 you have an OEM jack, if you open it on a TRD Pro you have one of these white suits and a bag phone to call one yo peeples to change dat shit
