4runner sticking rear brakes?

Hello, I have a 2002 4runner and the right rear brakes sticks when it sits over night. If I drive it around the parking lot it will free up fairly quickly. If I try to roll it in the garage in neutral, it's very hard to move. I don't believe it's a mechanical problem because if I disconnect the battery and put it in neutral it will roll just fine. I'm not sure where to look either traction control, hill hold asist or whatever? Not sure if it's a sensor, a bad wire, or some type of adjustment. Any help would be great. Thanks, George
