4runner V8 Powertray Fitment Issue

I just received my PowerTray from www.powertrays.com for the RTMR Fuse Relay Block I am installing this past weekend and ran into a fitment issue when I tried to install.
I have contacted the guys at Powertrays and I guess it turns out some v8'a have this bracket in the way and some do not. They have offered a full refund but this tray is beautiful and I would much prefer to figure out a way to install. It's probably super simple but I thought someone here may have already done this and has a good solution.

Behind the stock fuse box on the drivers side there is a vertical bracket with two small units on it. This bracket stops the tray from sitting at the right height to bolt it in. I can trim it down enough but then the bracket sits directly before the Bussman fuse block and might cause problems there.

Any ideas on where to relocate the bracket? Or where to remount the two modules? Anything helps

Looks like an angle grinder w/ cutoff wheel could be used to cut that top section off of the bracket, then bend down the bracket a couple degrees until it tucks underneath the tray. You probably don't need that top bolt for the bracket. I did something like that when I put my switchpros in.

that does look really nice! I'd make it work by what was suggested above. I have a v8 and I have that bracket with modules there too.

Why not bolt the modules to the power tray. Looks like there's enough meat to do so. Then ditch the toyota bracket.

That may be what I send you doing. Need to test fit the Bussman and see if there's enough clearance with it still in that area.

They are beautiful. I attempted to make my own but it was looking a little haggard so I decided to just get it done right. Looking forward to getting this mounted up. I'll be sure to post back once it's done.

I thought of doing that but I see two problems.
One is The cables are not very long so I'm limited to where I could mount them. Might not even be able to cleanly do it on the top. Second is I have a few other items being mounted on that bracket including two bussbars and a circuit breaker. I should probably check the cable lengths and see what my options are. Or even just keep them mounted below and out of sight. Might become a pain installing and removing but we'll see.

Mount Tray Option with Wiring Harness Relocation Bracket

Hi, I realize that this is a very old post, but wanted to post up this solution for electrical infrastructure in the 4th gen for future searches.
