4Runner vs. horse

While enjoying the trail off Highway 1 - Old Coast Road (easy) my 4Runner met a horse. The horse was being walked by it's owner. When I got near them they went to the side of the road to let me pass but when I got beside the horse it suddenly backed up on the passenger side that I believe dented the door then before moving away gave this strong kick that scratch the door and running board.

Bloody horses. Never trust em.

BTW your link is not right. The only thing showing is the red x.

I had to copy the properties into my address bar to view the pic.

Where exactly did you go? I'm from San Jose and I've been trying to find some local trails.

Sorry to hear about the horse incident. Did you swap contact info with the owner? He/she should be liable for the damages.

It was actually funny when it happened, how do you exchange information with the horse owner? Does he have insurance for the horse? :p

I tried to call my insurance agent but there was no phone signal from that location. I just got the owners information and my insurance will try to at least get my deductible from him which I doubt. It is covered since it's not my fault.

What did you get as the horses license number :biggrin2:

Several years ago I had a cat scratch the hell out of my hood when it was sharping its claws on my bra. Try to get the deductible in that situation :bash:

I thought our 4 Runner trucks were a horse............... a work-horse!

Dang man! That's a nice size dent! Is the horse's owner going to pay for it?? I'd be really, really pissed, mad, and furious!
