Lol, I think I saw this once before.

I thought about removing a windshield to sell, until a windshield installer told me it's common for them to break upon removal.

To be honest... I had a new windshield bought on my main rig and installed for $175, including new moulding. I don't think it's worth the hassle. Don't call Safelight, they gouge people because they assume you're going to use insurance to pay for it.

P.S. if you haven't figured it out, we have TAN colored glass. Green glass looks terribly mis-matched.

I would have one installed but I need to do rust repair. If it breaks I'll just buy a better one.

Just make sure when you remove it not to wear a shirt. When working inside your truck cutting the windshield out with a sawzall while your truck is tied to a tree and then your deck the last thing you want is to be doing is wearing a shirt.
