4th Gen '07 Sport V6 - Door key not unlocking doors

I had the actuators replaced in the doors because the locks quit working, and since then the key no longer works to unlock the doors (This was months ago, and I'm just now noticing). The fob still works, so this isn't the end of the world, but I'll need the key if I ever need to put it in the shop.

Is there something maybe related to the actuator replacement that would cause this? Or maybe something happened with the immobilizer? Any theories or ideas are welcome and appreciated.

My keys don't work in my doors either but I'm guessing because they are so rounded off from being used for 15 years in the ignition.
I'm afraid if I have to get new keys cut by the dealer for the door locks, that the opposite problem would happen in the ignition.
