V6 remains the same from '03-'07. The numbers were changed around due to the new SAE rating system, but the engine is identical. The '05+ V6's have a 5-speed transmission vs. 4-speed on '03-'04.
V8 got a power upgrade in 2005 with added VVT-i variable valve timing. It got bumped up from 235hp & 320lb-ft torque to 270hp & 330lb-ft torque. (re-rated at 260hp and 306lb-ft torque with the new SAE standards in 2006).
I beleive it was the EPA that changed the way HP is measured and so the V6 and V8 HP was revised to read lower than previous years. No power loss was actually realized, just on paper however
V8 for 03-04 stayed the same
V8 for 05-07 got the VVTI heads which increased HP slightly and increased max RPM from 5000 to 5500
