Well, i just did something interesting this last hour regarding something similar to this. I've got a 2000 SR5 runner and my dad has a 2010 limited with 18" rims, so when he was busy, I swapped my rims and tires for his, just to see what they looked like and weather it would work or not. Well, the bolt pattern is the same, the centre is the same diameter, everything fits exactly like the old rims did. My dads 4runner even cleared the 16's that came off my runner.
And, they look awesome. I now need to go out and buy a pair of rims for my 4runner. It looks way better then i thought it would, and the tires even fit the wheel well without rubbing, and my 4runner is bone stock.
