I bought these a few years back and recently gave my 4runner to my niece.

Bare metal, surface rust needs to be removed with a wire brush wheel before painting or powder coating.

I have the box of pipe sections required to attach to frame. Still digging them out of the garage.

Selling cheap to quickly clear space. First come first served.
