Its tan and for a 4th gen with the third seat. That being said, I used it in my gray '05 w/out a third seat; I guess it depends on how picky you are... I wasn't. In excellent condition with no tears or stains. These run about $80 new, I'll take $25 + shipping for it. I can email or post a picture if need be. Thanks.
