4th Gen HID headlight or foglight bulbs

I have a 3rd gen and I ordered the wrong fog lights by accident about a month ago. Never opened, brand new. They say HID on them, but they are not true HIDs because there is no ballast needed for them. They are just an HID look. Definitely better than stock. Simple plug n play replacement stock fog lights or headlights. Gives off a clean pure white light, not the dull stock color.

bump....found out these can be used as either fog lights or headlights on 4th gens

My '06 has 9006 for fogs, but H11 for low beams... maybe the earlier 4th Gens (pre-projector lenses) have 9006 for both?

I just looked it up and the H11 headlight bulbs started in 2006. So these will work as fog lights for any year 4th gen 4Runner, or as headlights from years 2003-2005. Thanks for pointing that out
