4th gen home made slider ideas?

Well after almost an hour of searching I decided to post this.
I am wondering if anyone has made their own sliders that fit the 4th gens.
If you have, would you mind sharing some pics and specs about the make up of them. I am putting this on my list of things to do but would like some input and ideas. Round, Square or a mixture of both? Size, length, type of metal ect...

I do have a project that is getting ready to start in about a week but will keep this up to date as I go as well.

Whitebeauty: Shrockworks 4th Gen Sliders

Moto I personally like the square/tube hybrids with the slider being made from square and the step part made from round (like Demello, shrockworks, rockyroad, & white knuckle). I'm also a fan of kickouts.

I like the design of the White Knuckle sliders best but they are a little too short I think. If you're making them yourself you could fix that though.

I'm gonna be ordering some Stubbs HD-SKO sliders myself.

If you use square tubing I think it's a good idea to 45 the ends like white knuckle & rocky road instead of having a flat edge like demello and shrockworks.

They need to be ~70" long IMO to look good, although the stubbs I'm getting are 71" due to the design of the kickout. Most that are made for the 4th gen are between 67" and 70", although some people do run the 58" trail gear sliders. Unless you do serious offroading HREW should be strong enough and cheaper than DOM tubing. It's also important to decide if rubbing your leg on the slider is more annoying than having a step. I personally haven't had a problem with rubbing my nerf bars but I see a lot of members complain about their leg rubbing sliders that stick out every time they get in and out while others complain they're sliders are too close to be used as a decent step..

I've been looking at sliders for almost a year and was going to have some built like the WKs but my fab guy backed out on me and I decided to order from Stubbs.
