4th gen questions!

So, I have 2 questions I was hoping everyone could help me out with:

1. I bought a 1.25" body lift from 4crawler. I did some research and decided this lift would be the best quality. On their website they say that on the 4th gens, when you do a body lift there is a bracket on the front bumper with 3 different holes where you can move your bumper up wit that the body lift to compensate for the gap. I took my bumper off today and have no idea what they are talking about and where to find the bracket. Has anyone else had experience moving the stock bumper up after a body lift? If I can't get rid of the gap, I might as well throw the lift away.

2. I want a nice roof rack that doesn't stick up too high off the roof and mounts to either the stock outer bars of the roof rack or the stock holes. Does any one have any suggestions on which one would be best?

Any advice is much appreciated!!

regarding roof racks you have to decide what you need it for and what you are willing to spend- imo whitson metal roofracks are very low profile and high quality and use existing holes to mount- baja rack makes some nice ones as well w some cool light options...and there are several others out there as well (i believe whitson is not taking orders right now until he can get caught up)

as far as using the existing roof rails there are baskets you can mount up- there is an option for a low mount on some of those as well- these are a much cheaper option
