I saw a 4th Generation same color as mine. Dark blue with a rear spoiler on the Hatch. What year did they start doing this? Mine is a 2004. Will this fit on my 4 runner? Also, they had a bull bar that looked factory on the front. It was mounted directly to the bumper. There are 2 rectangular flat parts on each side of the licence bracket on the bumper that the bull bar was mounted. Was this an option? If not where does one get a bar like this? Ive seen tons of bars and never one mounted directly to the front of the bumper. They always seem to include a skid plate and be mounted under the bumper. I have a picture of this and will upload shortly...
