4th gen sluggish

Last week I had the diffs and transfer case serviced and replaced the spark plugs with NGK laser irridiums. Asked the dealer to replace the trany fluid too. I thought it's a good idea to do it at 65K and also it seemed to me that recently it (gradually) started shifting harder than it used to.
The dealer service advisor wrote the work order, but when I got the truck back late that day, the technician had put a note that the fluid in these is good for 100K (Gee, thanks for the info :sniper:) and that I'm basically out of my mind and these last forever etc. So he didn't do the fluid exchange and I was told they did reset the computer (what does this have to do with stiffer shifting?).

Ever since the car seems sluggish and hesitant to accelerate. Very noticeable.
Now I'm not sure whether to blame it on the computer reset or the laser irridium NGKs?

Also wondering if I shouldn't go to another dealer for the transmission.

I (supposedly) did reset the computer again (by pulling out fuses) and it's a different car now. One I like! :)
