NOPE

But URD has something in the works for the V6 4.0L Engine right now. More to come in the coming weeks.

Good luck

Please please please Keep us updated on ANY kind of SC for the 4th gen v6 4.0L

BTW...do you know if its bolt on for the most part?

Man...I wish toyota...or anyone... would come out with one...I really want to add the extra BEEF to my runner.

there is a company in tampa that has a procharger style kit for the 4.7 based out of the tundra but they said that other than some piping changes, they could probably make it work on a 4runner.

You would have to call them personally to see what the status of a 4runner would be. It was brought up in this subforum a while back. try searching back like 10 or so pages.

TRD USA page says that the supercharger for the v6 is in the testing stages for the X-runner. Hopefully there will be a production model for us soon!

Just what is everyones opinion on this?

Could it really migrate over to our v6 4.0L runners?

I mean....a 4.0L V6 is after all...just a 4.0L V6. So if a SC is made for a 4.0L V6 on an X-runner then it should fit just fine for our V6 4.0L.

Well, to be quite honest...and I have no evidence to back this up...I have a feeling that if or when toyota TRD comes out with a SC...it will be only for the 4.0L V6's.

just a hunch.

Anyways, I'm curious to hear the opinions of the 4runner masters.

EDIT: I just read that info on the trdusa.com page and they talk about the SC for the 4.0L V6 being "integrated."

Now I'm kind of a NOOB when it comes to engines, is there such thing as a V6 4.0L with an integrated SC?

I mean like built in instead of being a "bolt on."

??? sorry if I sound like a jack-azz.

I really hope that they make a bolt-on version for the V6. I am crossing my fingers right now for it!
