4th gen suspension advice

This is my first post, so please don't gimme a beatdown if I violate proper protocol and rules. I drive a 2007 sport edition that just hit 71,000 miles. 100% stock except for weather tech mats and I did put on new tires this summer....Michelin ltx at2. Got 67,000 miles out of the factory dunlops and they were NEVER rotated. And they weren't bald either.
My shocks are leaking a little bit and I'm looking for suspension advice. Toyota wants $4200 to replace XREAS system, but I'm not willing to pay that. I'm FAR more concerned with on-road handling than I am with anything else. And I'd like to be able to go over speed bumps without coming to a near-stop. I don't mind a stiffer suspension, but I do want to be able to corner without body-lean. I do not want the handling to be degraded in any way.
I'm not super-rich by any means, but I'm not as concerned with cost as I am with being happy with the end result. I would greatly appreciate input and suggestions. What all needs to be done? Thanks!

I have a 4th gen and deleted my XREAS. I put new front struts in to replace to XREAS ones and put new shocks in the rear. The front struts and new rear shocks cost me around $600, I should have went with something else but didn't know at the time.

The only problem I'm having now is that my front end is really soft. I'm looking into putting FJ, Tacoma or Tundra shocks/struts in, but don't know which would be best.
