Good evening,
I just got a 5701 Viper installed in my 2006 T4R. So the shop did the fairly default installation. I wanted to see if anyone else has this alarm and see if there are any "tricks" I should know about.
1.) Can the remote / alarm be customized to roll down (and up) the rear window like on the factory FOB?
2.) I normally leave the headlights ALWAYS on and let the factory FOB shut it off with the lock function. BUT this function seems to go away if I use the smart start function but then decide not to get in the car. Girlfriend decides we are eating in so I use the remote to shut the car off. Lights stay on.
3.) Any other cool things I should have them program??
